What happens after my purchase?
Once you’ve signed up, I’ll personally reach out within one business day and share a short form with you to get the process started. This helps me learn more about you, your book, and your vision so I can build something that truly feels like you.
How long does the process take?
Most projects are completed within 2–3 weeks, depending on responsiveness and any optional elements you choose to include (such as a read-aloud or downloadable extra). I’ll always keep you updated along the way.
Do I need to have everything ready before we begin?
Not at all. All you need is your illustrations. You don’t need polished copy, technical knowledge, or a fully formed vision. I’ll guide you through what’s needed and help you shape the rest as we go.
What if I don’t know what downloadable extra to offer?
That’s perfectly okay. If you’re unsure what would make sense for your book or audience, I’ll help you come up with an idea that feels natural, easy, and aligned with your story.
Do I need to use Author Website Studio?
No. While this experience can be built within Author Website Studio (with no monthly or annual fees), it can also be implemented on an existing website if you already have one.
What if I already have a website?
That’s completely fine. This experience can be integrated into your current site, or we can focus on redesigning specific pages to better highlight your book and characters.
Is this a good fit if I only have one book?
Absolutely. This experience was designed with single-book authors in mind just as much as those with multiple titles. One book can still have a beautiful, intentional online home.
What makes this different from other author website options?
This is not a template or a plug-and-play solution. It’s a fully customized, done-for-you experience created specifically for your children’s book(s). Author Website Studio is a DIY option that gives you the tools and templates to build your own website.
This option is the done-for-you version.
Instead of starting with a template, I take care of the design, layout, copy, and structure for you, while still using the Author Website Studio system if that’s the best fit.

Is there a refund policy?
Because this is a highly customized, hands-on service, all sales are final and non-refundable. I take great care to ensure each project is thoughtfully planned and aligned from the very beginning, so we’re moving forward together with clarity and intention.
Can I request changes once the website is delivered?
Of course! You’ll have the opportunity to request reasonable revisions to ensure everything feels just right before the project is finalized.
What if this isn’t the right season for me?
