... and within the United States, approximately 1.3 million women become menopausal each year?

With so many of us, how come we feel so uncomfortable, embarrassed, or ashamed talking about our beautiful bodies’ most natural functions and transitions?

Each phase comes with its own challenges, doubts, and uncertainties for us. And so it is my hope that with my book Menopause - Let's Normalize It Already, For Heaven's Sake! we all come to feel more comfortable talking about our periods, perimenopause, and menopause. In a fun, bold, and sassy way!
